No Contracts. No Long-Term Commitment.
Our summer concierge options are designed to be flexible, discreet, and fully customizable — with the same elevated standard of service our clients rely on year-round.

1. ESSENTIALS — 

Ideal for short trips or low-maintenance residences.

  • Mail and package collection

  • Trash and recycling placed curbside and returned

  • Weekly property walkthrough (interior and exterior)

  • Function check on all major appliances

  • Weekly update via text or email

2. ENHANCED OVERSIGHT —

For homes requiring greater attention and active coordination.​​

Includes all Essential services, plus:
 

  • Vendor management (landscaping, pool, housekeeping, etc.)

  • Plant care and light garden maintenance

  • Pre- and post-storm inspections as needed

  • Personalized checklist based on homeowner preferences

Our most comprehensive service — for clients who require total confidence while away.

  • Security system monitoring and access coordination
